We live in extraordinary times and we will have a hybrid (digital and physical) OR a digital conference this year (2021). Attending a physical conference will be more expensive than a digital conference, therefore we differentiate between the options. By the time the registration opens there will be a decision of offering either an online conference or a hybrid form. All individual members of IFIP member societies (over 40 national IT societies plus ACM and others) plus all members of IFIP Technical Committees, IFIP Working Groups, and Digital Government Society (DGS) members will receive discount registration fees and only pay €100 instead of €125 for the online digital conference. Or if they only participate online then they pay only €5 instead of €10. If there will be a physical meeting in Granada then authors who desire to attend this conference have to pay €450. Authors have to register before 30 June 2021.

If authors registered cancel their registration, the registration fee will not be refunded. Other registered participants may cancel their registration until July 15, 2021. A cancellation fee of 50 € will be charged. The rest of the registration fee will be refunded after the conference. For hotel cancellation, please check the hotel policy.
For cancellations received after July 15, 2021, no refund of registration fee and social events will take place.
Cancellations must be done in writing to the lead conference organisers (e-mail or regular mail).
The Organising Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. Participants are advised to make their own insurance agreements, as they consider necessary.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the hosting of the conference be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economic events or by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes.
By his/her registration, the participant accepts this provision.
