The event will take place from June 1 to June 4 at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) in Omaha, Nebraska, with conference sessions hosted in the Barbara Weitz Community Engagement Center (CEC), located at 6400 S University Dr Rd N, Omaha, NE 68182. UNO is a leading metropolitan research university recognized for its commitment to public service, community engagement, and applied scholarship. The conference is hosted by the College of Public Affairs and Community Service (CPACS), which houses the School of Public Administration along with programs in emergency management, aviation, gerontology, continuing studies, social work, and criminology and criminal justice. The School of Public Administration’s graduate program is nationally recognized for excellence in public affairs education, ranked #34 in Best Public Affairs Programs, #11 in Local Government Management, #12 in Nonprofit Management, #6 in Public Finance and Budgeting, and #31 in Public Management and Leadership. Conference activities will take place in the Barbara Weitz Community Engagement Center, a distinctive facility designed to foster collaboration between the university and community partners through flexible and innovative engagement spaces. The CEC’s collaborative environment provides an ideal setting for scholarly exchange aligned with the conference theme, “Collaborative Digital Transformation for Public Value Creation,” bringing together researchers and practitioners to explore how digital innovation can enhance governance, public management, and societal outcomes.
