VISA REQUIREMENTS

VISITOR VISAS (B-1):

A B-1 Visa (Business Visitor) is one option for attending the conference. 

VISITOR VISAS (B-2):

A B-2 Visa (Tourist Visitor) is the other option for attending the conference.

We recommend starting your application process as soon as possible, as interview wait times vary by location. 

VISA WAIVER PROGRAM (VWP) AND ESTA:

If you are a citizen of a VWP-participating country, you may travel without a visa provided you have a valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval.
Designated VWP countries (as of March 11, 2026): Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom.

RESTRICTIONS ON VWP/ESTA ELIGIBILITY:

Under the Visa Waiver Program Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015, travelers in the following categories must obtain a visa prior to traveling to the United States as they are no longer eligible to travel under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP):

● Nationals of VWP countries who have traveled to or been present in Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, or Yemen on or after March 1, 2011 (with limited exceptions for travel for diplomatic or military purposes in the service of a VWP country

● Nationals of VWP countries who have traveled to or been present in Cuba on or after January 12, 2021 (with limited exceptions for travel for diplomatic or military purposes in the service of a VWP country)

● Nationals of VWP countries who are also nationals of Cuba, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, or Syria.
