EGRL Version 11.0 Published The Electronic Government Reference Library (EGRL) has been updated to version 11.0. This version contains 7,553 references of peer-reviewed academic publications in the English language. The number of references included in the library has grown by 15.8% (or 1,033 references) over version 10.0 (released in July of 2014).
